A pram, a flat white, and too many paper stamp cards. A digital version felt obvious — simpler for guests, fairer for independent cafés.

The story

With a newborn in tow I popped into Manchester cafés, collecting paper stamps and often forgetting the cards at home. The penny dropped: one digital stamp card that never gets lost.
